I did not come to essential oils because I was looking for another product. I came because I was looking for a better way to take care of myself, and I was sure I could get rid of prescribed pills.
For a long time, I struggled with reflux, low energy, and low iron. At one point, my doctor even suggested iron IVs. I remember thinking: How did I get here? Why does my body feel like it needs emergency support instead of daily support?
My background is in IT. I work in QA, which means my brain is trained to test everything. I do not believe something just because it sounds nice. I ask questions. I compare. I observe results. I look for what actually works in real life.
That is exactly how I approached essential oils and natural wellness.
At that point, I understood something important: I did not want to live only in “fix it when it gets bad” mode.
So I started testing small changes. Food. Sleep. Stress. Supplements. Oils. Daily habits. Some things worked, some things did not — but I finally felt like I was participating in my own wellness instead of waiting for the next appointment or the next problem.
Today, my PASSION is helping other women and families do the same.
I teach people how to use essential oils safely, simply, and practically — for daily wellness, stress, sleep routines, energy, emotional balance, family care, and a more natural home.
And because I also think like a tester, I do not believe in overwhelming people with everything at once. I help you find the right starting point, use the products correctly, and build routines that fit your real life.
